Account Report

The Account Report provides a comprehensive statistical view of your WiFi user account base — registrations over time, active vs expired breakdowns, profile distribution, and login method trends. Use it to understand user growth and plan capacity.

The Account Report — KPI cards, trend charts, and distribution breakdowns in one view.

What It Shows

The Account Report aggregates WiFi user account data and presents it across three dimensions: account status (are accounts healthy?), growth trends (how is the user base changing?), and distribution (who are the users?).

Filters

Filter	Description
Date Range	Registration date window — narrows which accounts are included in trend charts
Zone	Filter to users whose allowed zone matches the selected zone
Profile	Filter to users subscribed to a specific access profile
Login Type	Filter by how the account was created: manual, voucher, self-registration, Google, Microsoft, SAML, etc.
Status	Show only accounts with a specific status: active, inactive, expired, suspended

Charts

Registrations Over Time — Line chart showing daily new account counts within the selected date range. Spot spikes from campaigns or events.
Status Distribution — Pie chart breaking down the total account base by status (active, expired, inactive, suspended).
Profile Breakdown — Bar chart showing how many users are subscribed to each access profile. Useful for understanding which plan tiers are most popular.

Key Metrics

Metric	Description
Total Accounts	Total user accounts in the tenant matching the current filters
Active Accounts	Accounts with status `active` and a valid (non-expired) expiry date
Expired / Inactive	Combined count of accounts with status `expired` or `inactive`
New Registrations	Accounts created within the selected date range period
By Login Method	Breakdown of accounts created via each login method (manual, social, voucher, etc.)
By Zone	Account counts grouped by their assigned zone restriction

The KPI cards at the top of the report always reflect the total account base (no date filter applied). Charts and the detailed table below respect all active filters.

Export

Click Export to download the report data. Two formats are available:

CSV — raw data rows, one account per line, with all metric columns
Excel (.xlsx) — formatted spreadsheet with a summary tab and a detail tab

The export respects all active filters — only the accounts matching your current filter selections are included.

Schedule a monthly account report export and review the Expired / Inactive count. A growing pool of expired accounts may indicate that your plan durations are too short — or an opportunity for a re-engagement campaign.
